01

Context

OverwatchMoz is positioned around intelligent CCTV monitoring and virtual guarding. The creative had to explain a security service that could easily be mistaken for ordinary cameras or traditional guards.

02

Problem

The service needed sharper public language. If the work led with technical features only, viewers could miss the actual business problem: what happens when a site is watched badly, too late, or without useful response.

03

Strategy

The campaign directions lead with recognizable owner anxieties: a sleeping guard, cameras that record but do not protect, and the risk of checking systems only after something goes wrong. AI-assisted visuals and edited reels make those ideas legible in short-form formats.

Creative system

Campaign directions built from one service problem.

01

Founder trust: explain the service with calm authority.

02

CCTV pain point: show why cameras alone are not enough.

03

Before hiring another guard: reframe the buyer's next decision.

04

Creator-style ads: use generated scenes transparently as campaign concepts.

05

Portuguese localization: adapt the same message for Mozambican audiences.

Process

From hook to localized export.

01

Define the buyer tension and write the opening hook.

02

Build storyline options with ChatGPT before generating or editing assets.

03

Create AI-assisted visuals with Google Flow, Gemini, Higgsfield AI, and Magnific Space where useful.

04

Edit in CapCut with caption rhythm, pacing, cuts, and platform-native framing.

05

Produce English and Portuguese variants for campaign testing.

Outputs

Reel executions across message, language, and format.

Media is intentionally large here. The project should be judged by the work before the explanation.

Execution 03 / English

Before hiring another guard

Execution 04 / English

CCTV is not protecting you

A direct explanation of why passive footage is not the same as active protection.

Execution 05 / English

More cameras, not more security

A short-form argument against adding equipment without improving monitoring.

Execution 06 / Portuguese

Portuguese creator-style ad variant

A Portuguese adaptation of the campaign concept for Mozambican audiences.

Execution 07 / Portuguese

Before hiring another guard - Portuguese

The same buyer decision reframed for a Portuguese-language campaign version.

Localization

Portuguese versions keep the same campaign logic while adapting the message for Mozambican audiences.

Reflection

The strongest direction is the one that makes the technical service easier to picture. The work is most useful when the viewer understands the risk before they are asked to understand the product.
